Our big boy 7 and what a quick 7 years it has been! Lucas had a Laser Tag birthday party this year and we had a big blowout with a big group of his friends. They all had a blast and Lucas enjoyed his special day!
At 7 Lucas is:
Very into sports, particularly Baseball and Soccer. He is very good at both. A natural athlete.
He seems to be very good at math and is into science. He can remember facts about all kinds of things from animals to military facts. He is really starting to get into reading and he does very well at it. Still working on spelling ;).
He is very observant and notices things that I would never see like coins in the grass/sidewalk. He always notices if I have a new shirt, etc.
He is into fitness and wants to "workout" all the time. He wants to build muscle all the time. I will find him doing dips on the back of the couch or on the floor doing pushups. so funny!
LOVES cub scouts and can't wait to earn his first badge!
He is very social and has a ton of friends. He is such a sweet boy and had such a kind heart while at the same time, he is not a pushover and he still gets into trouble. He was recently sighted for saying "sh.t!" at school
He is a saint with his little brother and sister. So patient with them. He is such a help. Well, he sometimes gets aggravated with Eli...
He has started to care about what he wears. He has been dressing himself since this summer.
Lucas, you are something special. You bring happiness to everyone. I love you to the moon and back.
