Lucas loved it. He ate the snow, jumped in the puddles, touched the snow and made some snowballs but we told him that you only throw the snowballs at brick walls on homes. Sshhhh....we can hold out until the next snow before he knows how much fun snowball fights are :) It snowed on a Friday and they closed Lucas' school at 3pm so we got to come home and enjoy the experience.
One small detail that Lucas was very interested in was that the snow melted when it hit the windshield and I had my wipers on in the car. You could see his wheels a turnin'. He was confused as to why there was snow coming down but it looked like rain on my windshield. I think he will really enjoy a trip to Jackson Hole next winter to experience some more snow...rather than waiting another 20 years for a Houston snow. We will have to get something planned.
