Sofia is 7 months!!

This sweet precious angel has had her 7 month birthday!!  At 7 months, Sofie's new tricks are:

• She is sitting up unassisted!! She really took off on this one.  One day she could sit for only 10 seconds and literally 48 hours later, she was sitting!!  She can sit and play with her toys now.  I still put pillows around her back and sides just in case she topples over a bit. 
• She dropped a feeding and is nursing 5 times per day, 5:50 or 6 am, 9 am, 12pm, 4pm, and 7pm.
• Sleeping seems to be going well.  She no longer needs to be put to sleep.  We have quiet time and I rock her for just a bit and she goes to bed and puts herself to sleep.  Bedtime is 7:15. 
• She takes 2 naps per day at 9:30 (usually for 1.5-2 hours) then again at 1:45 for 1-2 hours, depending on how long the first nap was.
• She has been eating solids and LOVES it.  She has had sweet potatoes, squash, greens, carrots, zucchini, parsnips, pears, prunes, raspberries, beef liver, chicken.  I would say she is having about 1/3-1/2 a cup of pureed food for lunch and dinner.  We will probably introduce breakfast when the boys are out on Christmas break because that will change the morning schedule and I don't know what to expect for her to drop that early morning feeding.
• No teeth yet but she loves to bite on things.  Everything goes in the mouth right now.
• She is very attached to me.  Of all my babies, she is the most attached.  She will let others hold her but if I am close by, she wants mama.
• Sofie is soooooo happy and full of smiles.  She will just be the happiest baby.  She does like to be on the go and seeing different things, different toys, etc.
• Her last doctors apt was for a 6 month checkup and she was 16 lbs and 26 inches long.  I believe that is a pretty average size. 
• Size 3 diapers still and wearing 6-9 month clothes.

Sofie is such a good little baby!  We love her to pieces and love watching her grow!  Look at what a beauty she is.....
