We had such a wonderful Christmas this year. Our boys got everything they wanted except for $1000 and a chicken coup that Lucas asked for. We took the boys to Santa's Wonderland in College Station and had a blast. This year, Eli did not scream for Mommy when he sat in Santa's lap. He was a little tense at first but you could see the determination and bravery on his face when he decided he was not going to loose it. We rode the hayride to see all the beautiful Christmas lights and enjoyed the village and campfire before the trip back to Houston.
Christmas morning did not disappoint. I got lots of goodies for baby girl, a new pair of crossfit shoes and some cooking supplies. Jose got new workout wear and some ornaments (a family joke). We had wonderful food and great company with the family. The boys were so excited.

Eli's favorite gifts from Santa: Mickey Mouse Clubhouse figures, Bucky the pirate ship, dinosaurs.
The boys also got new bedrooms for Christmas from Daddy and I but I will post before and after pics separately. Lucas got a Star Wars bunkbed room and Eli got the fire truck room.
Funny things the kids have said/done recently:
Lucas to me: "What do we celebrate? Christmas or Hanukkah?"
Lucas to Jose: "Daddy, lets look up dinosaur videos on Utube but I want to see REAL dinosaurs!"
Eli announcing to everyone as he walks in Nene and Papaw's house: "ME'S HERE!!!!"
Eli came downstairs on Christmas morning and immediately ate the leftover cookie bits from Santa.
