What happens when Eli finishes his food?

This is what happens. Every single meal ends in tears. When he sees me scraping the bottom of the baby food jar that lower lip starts to pout because he knows that the end is near. I started adding another jar of food at lunch in order to see if that would help...he is obviously health so what to do, what to do?
