Sofie is 4 months old!!

Sofie is 4 months today and she is just the sweetest most laid back thing ever!!  She has been such a trooper here in Hawaii.  She has not had the best nap schedule and yet she still manages to smile and go with the flow.  At 4 months:

• She is in size 3 diapers now.
• Wearing 6 month clothes and filling them out nicely.
• Nursing usually 6 times per day.
• Sleeping through the night from about 8pm to 6:30 or 7am and only nursing once at 5 am.  She does not even wake up at 5 but I get up and nurse her anyway because the sun is up at about 5:30 and if I don't feed her before the sun comes up then she gets up at sunrise and can't go back to sleep.  When we get home, I will get room darkening shades and that will hopefully fix that problem.
• Naps are very disorganized which is pretty expected when we are trying to have fun in the sun all day long with big brothers.  Morning nap is usually about 2-2.5 hours after waking for the day and that is pretty consistent but the length of that nap is not so we will work on that when she gets home to a dark room.
• She got in the ocean for the first time yesterday (pics are to follow).  She was not a fan of the cold water!
• She laughs all the time and LOVES her brothers.  She really responds to eye contact and will smile/laugh almost immediately upon making eye contact.
• She can grab hold of toys and really enjoys this new found control over her hands.  She can also grab my hair and clothes when I am holding her.  She also grabs Nene's necklace.
• She loves to stand on my lap when I'm burping her and loves to be carried in the baby carrier so she can see all around. 
• She will cry and have a total meltdown if she wants to nurse and I am busy or cannot get to her right away...it is pretty sad.  That and having a poopy diaper are the only things that really upset her.
• She has lots of hair and still is not a fan of having her hair washed but loves bath time up until the hair washing part.
